loved all of these.
maybe i didnt value them so much at the time i was watching them, but they bring back memories of hurried dinners, and running to get paper pen-during surabhi, to note down stuff,
And its all available at a click now, amazing were those days of discovery.
oh wow...this was fun! brought back some happy memories...when tv consisted of only two channels and u cud actually find something to watch on it!

ReplyDeleteI was a sucker for Chitrahar and Rangoli, used to get them recorded even:), Teh there was this Katha sagar--where they used to show small stories from different regional literature. I really wonder that we have such a vast treasure of literature, why TV serials are not made from them.

about a month ago i searched for jungle book ..after a about 3 hours i got it ..and downloaded it ...
somehow i feel these days there aren't any shows like malgudi days ,byonkesh bakshi :(
