While in the Pearl city, how would you miss shopping the pearls? It is always preferred to do ground work before you spend on pearls in an new city. Having collected a list of shops that sell authentic pearls - fresh water pearls, sea pearls and natural pearls, I decided to shop at Jagadamba Pearls, Parklane, Secunderabad. It is one of the oldest brands and they maintain the brand name.

At Jagadamba Pearls, you can chose to by "loose" pearls which means you can go to your personal jeweler and ask him to design as per your choice. I chose to buy the fresh water pearl set with the gold plated pendant and was impressed by this button pearl set. Isn't it pretty?

The next choice was a combination of white, pink and light purple pearls without a pendant. I am fond of pink pearls.
